Liana comes to Sutter Health most recently from Lucid Motors, where she has spent the last three years as senior program manager of culture and diversity, equity and inclusion. She led the organization’s DEI strategy and collaborated cross-functionally to move it forward. She holds two bachelor’s degrees—in business administration (entrepreneurship) and health management and policy—from Oregon State University. She also holds a certificate in Leading Diversity, Equity and Inclusion from Northwestern University and was part of the inaugural cohort to earn a certificate in Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Belonging from Kapor Center.
