This activity is a journal club utilized to facilitate an evidence-based review of recently published high impact findings in oncology, newly emerging information, and areas for improvement in oncology practice. Physician led presentations will serve as a modality for oncology clinicians to share best practices, review new guidelines, and determine improvements in care to align with the most recent evidence-based practice.

Learning Objectives: 

Upon completion of this activity, participants should be able to:

1. Discuss and evaluate two evidence-based journal articles in regard to their relevancy to current clinical oncology practice at PAMF.

2. Assess the impact of new and emerging oncology articles on the current oncology patient population.

3. Analyze recommendations of oncology journal articles and debate the application of study results within the oncology multidisciplinary team.
