Erin is the Chief Nursing Officer of Post Acute and At Home services for Ascension Health. In her role, she supports home health and hospice, development of innovative at home programs, and oversees Ascension Living, a group of 37 senior living communities across the country providing independent living, assisted living, memory care, short term skilled nursing, and long term care to thousands of seniors. Erin graduated with her Master's of Nursing from Weber State University in Ogden, Utah in 2010, and has been a nurse leader since.  Her passion is end of life and senior care, and after attending ADS last year, she became obsessed with asking patients "what matters most?" as a way to improve healthcare.
