Emma Bick, MD, MPH is a 3rd-year resident in Internal Medicine and Pediatrics at the University of North Carolina. She earned her undergraduate degrees in Mathematics and Public Health from Williams College in 2015. Emma completed her MD and MPH from the University of North Carolina in 2020. After completing residency, Emma will go on to serve in the role of Chief Resident in Internal Medicine and Pediatrics for the 2024-2025 academic year. Her academic interests include: Critical Care Medicine, medical education, and point-of-care ultrasound. She has designed curricula for teaching the basics of end-of-life care and communication. Emma plans to complete a fellowship in Pulmonary and Critical Care Medicine after residency.
