James Rudolph, MD
Dr. Rudolph is a Professor of Medicine and Health Policy & Practice at Brown University and directs the VA Center of Innovation in Long Term Services and Supports. He is a clinician, researcher, and educator. He is an active clinician who works with interdisciplinary teams to identify at-risk patients, modify the risk, and provide medical care with a focus on function. He had developed clinically innovative methods and programs to improve recovery after hospitalization. Driven by his clinical work, his research uses the health system to develop and implement changes that improve the lives of older people. He has over 150 peer reviewed scientific publications. Additionally, he was the founding President of the American Delirium Society (ADS), serves on the ADS Board of Directors, and is planning the 2023 ADS Conference in Providence, RI.
