Dr Yehudit Bauernfreund studied pre-clinical medicine at the University of Cambridge and clinical medicine at University College London (UCL). She is doing her specialty training in psychiatry in North Central London and an Academic Clinical Fellowship at the Division of Psychiatry, UCL. She is completing a Masters degree in Dementia & Mental Health Sciences Research at UCL. Previous quality improvement work includes improving the detection and management of delirium in acute medical settings. Her current research focuses on understanding delirium in people with mental illness.
