Carroll Ilog is a RN who has worked with Sutter Health for about 20 years. She started as a Clinical Nurse Resident Program (CNR) at Memorial Medical Center in Modesto in 2004. After the CNR program she was hired on as a staff at the Inpatient Surgical Unit. She then became a Charge Nurse after 3 years as a staff. In 2012, she was hired as the Assistant Manager on the Inpatient Surgical Unit until 2018. She then transferred to Renal Telemetry which she is still a staff and a Charge Nurse. She was the Chair of the Partnership Council/Shared Decision Making Council from 2021-2024. 

Carroll started as a Pediatric Triage Nurse in July 2023 and still does this present time. 

Carroll has volunteered for Medical Missions to the Philippines since 2018 and has assisted with Pediatrics under Dr. A. Gutierrez. (Pediatrician)
