Nurse Educator III focused on tailoring facilitation to meet the needs of new graduate nurses in the Nurse Residency at Sutter Health University.  Improves communication and builds leadership skills of experienced nurses, CNA's, med techs other staff members associated withing the Sutter Health Care System virtually in the Preceptor Foundations Course.  Medical Surgical Board certified through the ANCC. Earned a  Bachelor's of Science in Psychology from CSUS, and currently enrolled in a BSN program at Western Governors University.
