Dr. Vahidy is a clinically trained quantitative epidemiologist with research expertise in Stroke and Cerebrovascular Disease. He is funded through the NIH and PCORI and supports federally funded training programs in clinical data sciences and outcomes research. He currently serves as the Associate Vice President of Research and Chief Scientific Officer at TIRR Memorial Hermann. He holds adjunct professor appointments at Houston Methodist Department of Neurosurgery and UTHealth McGovern Medical School Department of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation.
