Sara Corvinelli started her research career during her Bachelor of Science at McMaster University, specialized in Chemical Biology. She recently completed her Master of Science from the Institute of Medical Science at the University of Toronto working under the supervision of Dr. Jacques Lee. Sara’s thesis focused on different subtypes of delirium in older adults. The project was composed of a systematic review and prospective observational study, that will help advance understanding of the importance for delirium subtype classification in rating delirium severity in the ED. Through her research initiatives and community service, Sara is passionate about making a difference in the care of older adults.
