<p>Joria Rainbolt-Clemente has worked at Kaiser Permanente for 27 years, with the last 12 years as a Clinical Nurse Specialist focusing on the care of older adults in the hospital. Soon to complete a Doctor of Nursing Practice degree she hopes to expand her circle of influence to participate in more evidence-based care practices for the older adult and disseminate work to help other provided the care they want to receive as we age.&nbsp;&nbsp;</p>
