Jeff received his nursing degree from Monterey Peninsula College. He has been a critical care nurse for over 14 years. Jeff has assisted in precepting and mentoring new nurses within critical care and has been instrumental and reviewing and updating critical care medicine policies to incorporate evidence base practice guidelines. As a bedside nurse, he leads the change every day when working with patients and educating unit staff.
