Dr. Golino is a Critical Care Clinical Nurse Specialist with seventeen years of experience in the nursing field. She attained her doctor of nursing practice degree from the University of Virginia in May, 2023. Her practice expertise is in adult critical care in both medical and surgical/trauma. Dr. Golino has a research interest in non-pharmacologic methods of reducing pain and agitation in the ICU setting, and has published multiple nursing research studies on the use of integrative modalities, such as music therapy. She has also completed numerous evidence based and quality improvement initiatives focused on the A-F Bundle.
