Dr. Makayla Cordoza is an Assistant Professor at Vanderbilt University. Her research is at the intersection of sleep and cognitive function in patients with acute and critical illness. Her current work focuses on identifying sleep patterns associated with the development of ICU delirium and the role of sleep in long-term cognitive recovery.
