Jordan De-Paz, M.D., MHA, is a member of the Internal Physician Advisor Services for Sutter Health.  He is the lead (translate: only) Physician Advisor at Modesto Memorial Medical Center, a 400 bed level 2 tertiary care hospital. He is a graduate of the University of Southern California and went to medical school at Creighton University School of Medicine in Omaha, Nebraska.  He completed his Family Medicine Residency training at the Mercy Health Systems Family Medicine Residency Program in Janesville, Wisconsin. He has also completed a Fellowship in Obstetrics at Louisiana State University in Lafayette, Louisiana and then earned a Master's in Healthcare Administration from the Louisiana State University in Shreveport, Louisiana. Dr. De-Paz has practiced Family Medicine for over 15 years, with the last 10 years in Modesto.  He has added the role of Physician Advisor in order to gain a more in-depth understanding of medicine’s administrative side in hopes of improving the delivery of health care.
