Lead of the Emergency Department Transition in Practice program at Sutter Heatlh University with 15-year experience as an RN in the ED and ICU. Experience includes relief charge RN, member of the rapid response team, lead of the ED Profession Development Commitee, diabetes champion, trauma RN at a level 2 trauma center and educator at skills fairs and new hire orientation.
