Dr. Rebecca “Becca” Fazilat grew up in Northern California where she attended Santa Clara University and earned her Bachelor of Science.

She then attended Georgetown University Medical School and stayed in Washington DC for her pediatric residency at Children’s National Medical Center.

After residency, she worked at a private practice in Northern Virginia and then in New York City as the founding Medical Director of the well-baby nursery at New York -Presbyterian Columbia University Medical Center.

She moved back to Northern California to be closer to family in 2005 and has been with Palo Alto Foundation Medical Group (formerly Camino Medical Group) since then.

During this time, she has served in several leadership positions both with PAFMG and El Camino Hospital. Some of the experiences included Geographic Medical Director and Associate Medical Director of Business development at PAFMG and Chief of Staff of El Camino Hospital. She is currently serving as the Chair of the Board of Directors at PAFMG.
