Lori Campbell, MAEd., Sutter Health Senior Learning & Development Consultant, brings 35 years of healthcare and human resources experience to Sutter Health University. She has spent the last 25 years designing and delivering engaging programs to all levels of leadership at Sutter Health. Her current areas of focus are program management and the new hire orientation suite of solutions (New Employee Orientation and New Leader Orientation)
Lori is certified to facilitate AchieveGlobal and Development Dimensions International (DDI) leadership modules, Partners in Leadership Oz Principle Accountability (Self-Track), DiSC workstyles profiles, as well as being certified in Lominger Voices, 5 Dynamics, Franklin Covey’s Inspiring Trust, Ken Blanchard Co.’s Situational Self Leadership and Situational Leadership II, and is a Certified Master Trainer for Korn Ferry’s Diversity & Inclusion: Appreciating Differences program.
Lori is known for her humor and her passion in connecting with Sutter Health leaders in a way that inspires them to bring their work back to the patient, always.
