Giuseppe is passionate about human dynamics "behind the mask." He is dedicated to coaching, leadership development, and group facilitation to serve his passion. He is a champion for positive, individual change that drives business results. 

THE BUSINESS OF LEADERSHIP

Giuseppe is a former UK Chartered Tax Advisor and International Consultant with KPMG, where he discovered the power of leadership development. Giuseppe evolved his business consulting, focusing on organizational effectiveness through executives, leaders at all levels, and groups. 

That was over 15 years ago. Since then, he has worked with 1,800+ top executives, middle managers, emerging leaders, and teams worldwide. He serves various large multinationals, including those in health, manufacturing, IT, energy, and aviation, as well as the United Nations. He is an Adjunct Faculty at Georgetown University (Washington, DC) and the University of Miami (Miami, FL).

IMPACT ON PEOPLE & BUSINESS

Witnessing first-hand how change at the individual level impacts leaders and teams, Giuseppe now has a particular focus on organization-wide coaching cultures to achieve the mission and vision. He designs and delivers customized, experiential leadership training programs on transformation and change. Participants gain executive presence, personal effectiveness, relationship management, emotional balance, self-confidence, and decision-making.

Leaders who use effective communication skills have experienced more cohesive, engaged teams. Colleagues develop trust and adopt a growth mindset. They create transformational relationships that connect them to the shared mission and business goals.

EDUCATION & CERTIFICATIONS

Giuseppe is a lifelong learner with two Master's degrees (Law and Marketing). From the International Coaching Federation (ICF), Giuseppe is a Master Certified Coach (MCC), a distinction for the top 4% of coaches worldwide. In addition, he is a Certified Professional Facilitator (CPF) with the International Association of Facilitators (IAF). 

AT HOME

Giuseppe moved from Europe to Central Florida in 2017. He lives with his wife Isabel, a Chilean who has traveled the world to dance and teach tango. They are raising their son Cem, who, at 17, is passionate about life, lacrosse, and cheese. Completing their family is Heidi, a young miniature Dachshund girl mostly interested in the art of food and the business of napping.
