Emily Shaw, MD is a practicing family physician and certified life coach who works with individual clinicians, their employers, and medical associations to help improve patient and provider experience and engagement.  She focuses on helping clinicians get the experience of life they really want, both in and out of work…all without sacrifice.  She helps employers and medical associations build and sustain impactful support programs for clinicians, tailored to their needs, all with the goal of helping lift up the health of our communities.  She’s described as "caring, warm, effective, and experienced”. Some call her "a rudder”, "a North Star”.  Dr Shaw attended Brown University where she earned her undergraduate and MD degrees.
