Erin received her Bachelor of Science degree in Graphic Communications from California Polytechnic State University in San Luis Obispo in 2005.  She worked in a variety of positions before deciding to follow her passion for food and helping people and go back to school to earn her second Bachelor’s degree in Dietetics from CSU Sacramento, where she also completed her Dietetic Internship.  Upon completion of her internship in 2011 she joined the Sutter team working primarily inpatient with adults but also received training in pediatrics and diabetes education. In 2016 she joined the outpatient team working in a variety of clinics supporting pediatric patients with diabetes, patients with diabetes during pregnancy and patients with multiple gestation pregnancies.
