Suzie Golden-Riley is a leadership development program developer, instructor and coach. She has spent over 20 years in healthcare leadership and administration, with a strong focus on communication and facilitation. She is experienced in facilitating team building events, strategy sessions and lean process improvements. She is also certified to teach Crucial Conversations and 5 Dynamics. Suzie is highly skilled in oral and written communications, strategic thinking and program concept, design and implementation.

Suzie has worked for Sutter Health since 2006. Her previous work experience includes five years running a Hospital-based community and health education department, two years as resource manager for a non-profit health services agency, two years as physician liaison for a medical device company and three years as an operations manager for a high tech company.

Suzie has an Masters in Business from San Jose State University, and an Associate Certified Coach degree through the International Coaching Federation.
