Born and raised in California, Zoë Fullerton completed her undergraduate and medical education on the East Coast, attending Vassar College and Harvard Medical School. During this time, she also earned a Master’s degree in Bioethics at Harvard—an interest that began in her undergraduate studies and that she pursued to further strengthen her patient-centered approach to care, with particular focus on shared decision-making and end-of-life care.

She subsequently returned to the West Coast to complete her otolaryngology residency at Stanford University before deciding to pursue an additional year of fellowship training in Advanced Oncology and Microvascular Surgery at Washington University in St. Louis. Dr. Fullerton is thrilled to be returning home to California and to join the team at Sutter West Bay Medical Group where she will be practicing sleep medicine and head and neck oncology and reconstruction.
