The Leadership Academy is designed to develop healthcare leaders by equipping them with the skills needed to drive organizational success through effective team development, action-oriented decision-making, and leading change. This program is essential for aligning leadership capabilities with the organization's long-term goals, including Destination 2030, ensuring leaders can optimize performance, foster collaboration, and build a positive, engaging workplace culture. By closing critical leadership gaps, Leadership Academy supports the continued growth and success of both the organization and its employees.

The Davies Campus provides an expanded 24-hour emergency room, advanced surgery and robotic-assisted surgery for orthopedic problems and joint replacements. Several key centers for neurological care, memory care and rehabilitation are also located here.
The CPMC Neuroscience Center at this hospital is at the forefront of treating people who have neurological conditions such as spinal stenosis, brain tumors, epilepsy, myotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS), memory disorders, neuromuscular disease, movement disorders, stroke and pediatric brain, spine and central nervous system conditions.
The Ray Dolby Brain Health Center here provides multi-disciplinary care and clinical trials for people with Alzheimer’s disease and other memory problems. The experienced staff helps patients and their families develop a care plan, connect with community resources and get support.
The CPMC Regional Rehabilitation Center at the Davies Campus offers both outpatient and inpatient rehab services for people who have acute injuries, including traumatic brain injury. More than 800 specialists provide rehab services at the center.
The Joint Commission recognizes this hospital as a Primary Stroke Center for their exceptional ability to provide high-quality stroke care.
