The Patient-Centered Home Care Experience Seminar Series is designed to support the healthcare team in improved communication with their patients, address their role as a leader in their practice, give them tools for communicating with and understanding patients from diverse backgrounds, develop skills in safety for both the patient and the healthcare provider, understand patient’s needs related to their diagnosis and support the relationship between the patient and the healthcare team across SCAH. This 10-part series will be delivered in a live zoom format and will have an interactive experience for attendees to ask questions of the presenter. This session focuses on the best practice strategies to promote safety in the workplace.
